A 3 day exercise program created specifically for you by one of our personal trainers based on your goals, individual needs, and time availability. Plus measurements will be taken at the start of the program and again at the end. Also includes fitness assessments at beginning and end of program.

FIRST TIME PROGRAM/ORIENTATION IS FREE WITH A NEW 3 MONTH OR 1 YEAR MEMBERSHIP AND $20 WITH THE PURCHASE OF A PUNCH PASS- PLEASE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE!
