Answer: BOOTCAMP, a high intensity fitness class that develops total body strength and cardiovascular fitness for men and women who are physically active and looking for a change in their routine.
Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays 8:00pm-9:00pm
July 12 - August 16 (No Class August 2)
Passholders:
Two classes a week (10 Classes): $40.00 GST
Three classes a week(15 Classes): $60.00 GST
Non Passholders:
Two classes a week(10 Classes): $66.00 GST
Three classes a week(15 Classes): $100.00 GST
