This is an instructed aerobic exercise class that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle. This is an awesome workout that burns serious calories and tones your quadriceps and your outer thigh muscles like nobody's business!!! NO COORDINATION REQUIRED. You are in control of you pace and intensity!
