ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY  

I release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sundre & District Aquatic Society (Sundre Aquaplex), all employees, agents, volunteers and anyone claiming through them. Sundre & District Aquatic Society (Sundre Aquaplex) shall not be liable for any personal injury or damages sustained by the passholder, or anyone else listed on this pass, by reason of use, misuse, or abuse of our Pool or Fitness Center, or its equipment, and/or any defect to the equipment whatsoever. I am voluntarily using the Sundre Aquaplex and fully assume all associated risks of personal injury, including but not limited to slips, trips and falls.
