Cancellation for lesson sets must be done 48 hours before the first day of the registered session in order to receive a refund. Once the session has started, refunds and credits will only be given with a medical note.

24 hours' notice is required to cancel a private swimming lesson, no shows will be charged as our staff is here and ready.

The minimum age for patrons to using the Fitness Center is 12 years old. Patrons 12 to 15 years of age must take the Teen Fitness Orientation or be accompanied by an adult.

Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied in the facility and pool by a competent swimmer 14 years of age or older, who remains within arm's reach of the child at all times, both in and out of water.

Anytime a lifeguard is unsure of a patron's swimming ability, they may request that the patron complete a swim test consisting of one length (25 meters) of the main pool. If the patron is unable to swim the 25 meters, they will be required to wear a PDF while in the main pool.
