Sundre Aquaplex is governed by the Sundre & District Aquatic Society and is committed to protecting the personal information of our patrons, program participants, families, employees and volunteers. Sundre Aquaplex collects only personal information that is reasonably necessary to operate our facility and provide our programs and services.

 

This may include names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth or ages, parent/guardian information, emergency contact information, registration and membership information, payment information, and information reasonably required for safe participation in our programs.

 

We use this information for purposes such as:

Our online registration and program management system is provided by Jackrabbit Technologies. Personal information entered into or collected through Jackrabbit is electronically stored on servers located in the United States.

 

Jackrabbit is authorized to process this information for the purposes of providing online registration, program administration, account management, communications, billing and related services on behalf of Sundre Aquaplex.

Retention and Disposal

Sundre Aquaplex retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, financial, insurance and operational requirements.When personal information is no longer required, it is securely destroyed, deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
